Premium Messages Issue?

I received a survey from T mobile this morning and when I tried to respond I got a message back saying message blocking on. I went to Apps/All Apps/Advanced/Premium Messages and there are zero options. It's basically blank. Is anyone else having this issue? It works fine with Android Messenger.
