Premium Suite has AT&T committed to it?

Anyone know if AT&T has committed to the Premium Suite on the Note? It looks awesome.

I would think they have. Because that is pretty much ICS update. Its one big bundle. If they didn't....AT&T(like myself, but i have the international Note) would be flaming mad!
