I was looking around in the apps forum and read about AppBrain. With AppBrain you can...

* Discover the best Android apps via search, rankings and categories
* Easily install and manage your apps directly from the web browser
* Sync your apps easily with our native Android app
* Share the apps installed on your phone with your friends

I thought this might speed along the process of getting my phone setup even though I will have plenty of time since I took off the 4th.

AppBrain - the best Android apps and games on the Android market

New to Android myself, but i love the way that site is layed out. Im def. going to frequent it

I've already got 18 apps set to install on the 4th and just set up my google checkout account as well. Damn man, it's going to be a long 18 days.

Now I am switching to a real phone, and hopefully better service at a better price. I know one of the members on here has a link to his page on Appbrain showing what they have.

Isn't Goggles and Layar already pre installed?

I'm also new to the android OS. I can't wait to download some apps and yeah 18 days sounds like an eternity right about now :(...i'll be looking through these forums to see what apps are good since i wouldn't download many apps on my BB Tour.

From what i've read goggles isnt pre installed

There's a thread around here regarding the apps that were included and they weren't mentioned. I figured I would include them until I knew for sure. I can always delete them before I sync my apps to the phone.

I found AppBrain from another website and have some of the apps I want already chosen.

June 4th download the AppBrain app and the rest will just magically begin downloading! More play time for the rest of the cool features!
