Pressed trash can and deleted my ringtones folder.

LG phone, can I retrieve my ringtone folder from the trash?

Look in media- audio- notifications/ringtones. They might be there.
You could find LG ringtones on the web and download them and put them in your ringtones folder.
You could do a factory reset but make sure you backup everything you want to keep.
