Pressing and holding 'Home' sometimes takes 2 or 3 tries to get Google Now to open?

Is anyone noticing that it takes 2 or 3 tries in a row pressing and holding the Home button to get Google Now to launch?

When I had the screen protector on that happened maybe twice, but since I took it off, no, no issues.

If I'm on Blinkfeed it seems to occasionally misinterpret the home key press as a short one to jump to the top of Blinkfeed and I have to long press a second time to get google now. On any other screen I've never seen it happen.

Only two or three tries for you? More like five or six for me. Sometimes I just say forget it.
