Pressing "make calls" from within navigator causes force close...how to correct this?

Alright. I an noticing that after I open navigator then hit "make calls", the evo force closes with a message involving acorn.process. failure. Has anyone had this issue? If so, how do you fix it ? I have hard reset my evo several times but to no avail.

Would like to be able to use this feature. What should I do?
