Pressing on certain area of screen sends me back to home screen....

Anyone have an issue where pressing on a certain part of the screen, upper right portion for me, sends you back to the home screen?

Have owned a few android phones and have never had this before.

I can open whatever app I was in and it resumes where I left off bit its just annoying.

Happens across several apps so I can't nail it down to one, and I have NOT gotten the update yet.
Also I'm sure my palm isn't touching the home button (left handed here)

Find a 'paint' program of some type.
Draw some lines on your screen.
Make sure the lines follow your finger. I have seen devices with defective screens, where the lines will jump around an area. When you press one place, it would look like another.
