Pretty sure I bricked it

Hey guys , I re installed HOC ICS ROM, I was having issues with the data not working so I was gonna go back to CM7.0 I go into recovery mode and wipe cache, along with a factory data reset, I was not thinking and I did not install the ROM but instead hit reboot, now my Droid won't turn on at all. any advice???:'(
