Prevent Apps that are on my Galaxy S4 phone from installing on my Note ?

I am sure there is an easy fix for this but I own a Galaxy S4 and just bought the Note 12.2. I dont want the Note to have the same Apps that are on my phone and they are automatically downloading. I removed them from the tablet and they downloading by themselves again. Is the only fix to just change automatic downloads on the tablet ?

Welcome to Android Central! Are these apps automatically reinstalling via Google Play Store, the Galaxy Store, or some other app store? It shouldn't happen via Google Play. There's an option there for automatic updates, but if you completely uninstall the app, it shouldn't automatically reinstall the whole app again.

What kinds of apps are reinstalling? Some shadier apps (usually games) might do this kind of thing.

Check your google play store settings make sure its not set to d/l all apps to sync.

Or make a different Google account (not Gmail account) for the tablet.
