Prevent deletion of SMS messages.

Hello. Is there a way to prevent someone from deleting their SMS conversation history?

The short answer to why/who.

13yr old daughter got her phone taken away for abusing our trust. We want to trust her but we aren't keeping our heads in the sand. We want to give her the phone back but only with some very heavy strings attached. One of them being that is subject to search at any time. She understands that she damaged the trust we had in her and view this option as the best way to begin mending fences...

That said I know she is deleting messages as she lacks subtlety in hiding her actions. Our concern here is not for her much vaunted privacy but her safety in general.

Well I'm not sure if you're able to do exactly that but maybe you should try googleing sms tracker and look for apps that track messages. I'm sure there is an app that could let you read every text/call sent to your phone.

I have installed SMS Tracker Pro but that only allows me to see her texts. I really don't want her deleting them at all. This way I can check her phone and not tip my hand that she has "sms spyware" installed on it.

Hmm well sms tracker should remain hidden I think, but like I said, I don't think there's a way to prevent the deletion of texts. Sorry.
