Prevent/disable removing notifications while screen is locked

Hi, recently I have been in need of disabling/preventing notification swipe while phone is locked.

Normally, when notification comes, it's displayed on notification bar and on home screen too, the problem is that just a swipe will remove notification from both home and notification bar. Then, phone shows no notifications. Is there any tip/tweak/setting to disable this particular issue while phone is locked?

Phone is s7 edge, running nougat 7.0.
