Prevent screen from password locking...

I like the fact that my Moto Droid locks as soon as I hit the lock button. But, I don't like that I have to type the password EVERYTIME I unlock it. I don't want to completely take off the lock because I don't like people just being able to grab my phone and go through it. Is there any kind of timer I can set for it or app/hack (other than rooting) that I could get to add some time before it password locks? I know that the Moto Droid 2 has a timer setting for it kinda like the iPhone/iPod Touch has. But, I can't find anything on the Droid. Thanks in advance! Oh, and btw, if there is already a forum dedicated to this issue please just guide me in the right direction. Thanks again! :)

The App "No Lock" should work for ya. It's a widget. When unlocked it just eliminates the lock screen. Which I'm sure is the same that asks for a password. Tap it again and it's locked.

I heard that app was great. But doesn't that completely turn off the lock screen? I still want the lock screen. Just not the password until after like 5 minutes.
