Printing

Can't print from my moto x pure.
Using HP eprint. HP Photosmart 7520 .When I try to print the screen freezes.
I get no error messages,just a frozen screen.
I deleted the HP app and reinstalled.
I deleted all updates on Google mail (only one I use )
Bluetooth recognizes my printer.

Any help is appreciated.

Have you downloaded the hp print service plugin? That's the only one you need. Then you go into settings under printing and enable hp printing. Your printer needs to be on to pick up the signal.

I agree with the above poster. I have the plug-in installed on my X Pure, and have successfully printed to our new HP Officejet 8620 and to our older Photosmart 7280.

I tried the ePrint app when we first got the new printer but quickly got rid of it...I had connection issues I believe.

Found problem.
Samsung plugin left over from the S4 I came from.
