Private Mode

Has anyone had a problem with private mode lately? Mine keeps saying it has failed when trying to save pictures. Very aggravating!

Did you go through the setup process first ? Go to settings, then private mode, turn it on, then register your finger print or prints. Once done, then turn it off, set the lock mode to automatic, then go into gallery, and long hold on a pic, select private mode. Then to access the pics from private mode, swipe down on notification panel and select private mode then it'll prompt for you to unlock it using finger print. Try that.

I just realized i was running Art. Went back to these other and bam it works. Weird!

I didn't go thru any set up mode. Wanted to use it but had no idea how. Now it asks for a pin to access it. I have no idea what this is can anyone help me get into this. Samsung Galaxy s5 sprint lte
