pro note 12.2 or tab S 10.5?

Any hope to best buy losing exclusiveness of the 32 gb.

My choice would be to buy from Amazon as I have a lot of gift cards built up. I would love to have the Tab S in 32gb. It looks like most of the specs are the same other than the screen. Obviously the spen also. I have a Note 3 and love it.

What would everyone else recommend?

BestBuy won't be losing the exclusive 32GB i would think since Samsung doesn't even have it in their system which means it is a Bestbuy only item. Honestly I love my Note 3 and will be getting the Note 4 but I prefer AMOLED screens over LCD which is more important then S-pen imo
