Problem after changing boot animation

Hi , I have htc one m8 with Viper 4.2.0 .
I copied the bootanimation.zip to /system/media , and the boot animation works fine , but when the system ui boots up ,all I can see is the boot animation.
I can lock and unlock the phone and I can still see the boot animation.
What can I do ?

A boot animation file has an ending condition. If that's missing, the animation runs until time stops (or the battery dies, which will most likely happen first, since I don't anticipate reality ending today). If USB debugging is enabled, use adb to replace the file with the original one. Or if you have a custom recovery that lets you get into files, do it from there. Or reflash the stock ROM. Unzip that file, (learn how a bootanimation file works, if you don't already know) and check to find the error in the boot animation (and fix it) before you put it on the phone again.

I downloaded the boot animation from bhoot . co .uk and I don't know how to change the file..

Worst case, reflash the stock ROM. (I assume that anything important is always backed up.)
