problem After on Ultra Saving mode in my Samsung galaxy j7 max

[Android Central Question]

I was travelling in long route, so I thought to save battery for phone calls, I turned on Ultra Saving mode in maximum, and after a minute when my phone lock, it couldn't unlock with same password. Whatever I do, it ask for unlock and to unlock it need password, and my same password is not matching... I am tired from 36 hours, but it doesn't work. Even I couldn't reset because of important data in my phone.. Is there is any other way to solve this problem...?

Have you tried the simplest attempted fix, a Power Off and Restart?
