problem after update lollipop to my s5

i doing factory reset to lollipop three times but ill still have a problem .... when ill go to don't disturb and try to change the notifications app and error says that the settings stop and the window of the app crash and take me to the home screen ....ill also do wipe cash and factory reset but still have the problem . All the updates is ok ....Please help !!!

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? If so, then it's likely a bug in the firmware. If not, then something you install is causing the instability. Steps for Safe Mode are at the bottom here: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10404
