Problem after updating to 2.3 yesterday

So after I updated yesterday I went to watch a movie on a site that previously would work just fine but now I get a blue question mark and it downloads the video instead of playing it. I gather it's a missing plugin (flash?) so is there a way to fix this?

yea i think you need adobe flash player for arm6

UGH I thought if I did a factory reset it would go back to the old version of android I had (it didn't) so that was a waste of time lol
