Problem answering phone calls

[Android Central Question]

I have a new Galaxy Watch paired with a an LG-SP200 Tribute Dynasty phone using Android 7.1.2. I can place a call from my watch ok. However, when a call comes in the watch face does not display the phone app that would allow me so sweep the dial to answer the call (as per the instruction manual). Is this some kind of a setup problem? Could it be the watch face I have installed?
