Welcome to Android Central! Just to clarify, are you trying to connect the watch to an iPhone, or to an Android phone? This thread is specifically about connecting to an iPhone.

Ok, I created a new thread in the Tag Heuer forum for your post.

Which phone do you have, and what version of Android is it running? Was the watch previously paired and able to connect, or is the watch not visible to the phone at all?

It's never been connected to a phone and when I try to scan, it's not visible to the phone, I'm using a phone run by android 13

Is the watch running Wear OS 2.0 or 3.0? Did you look through the steps here? https://www.tagheuer.com/us/en/smartwatches-support/pair-your-watch.html

I have a tag heuer E4, but am not able to do anything on the watch (for exemple when slecting Settings: nothing happening, i have disconnect the watch.
its brand new watch and assume never been connnected to any phone.
I have a samsung S22, with android 6.0

Do you have the Tag Hauer connected app installed on your phone? It should walk you right through it.
