Problem downloading apps

I recently wiped my phone to start over in recovery mode, and now I am downloading apps and it is having problems with downloading apps such as Minecraft: Pocket Edition. Any suggestions?

What kind of problem? Are you getting an error message? Are you installing from Google Play Store?
