problem either wid my battery,or power button

flash light is on,while capturing pictures the phone restarts,when i plugged it to charger it shows full battery,then suddenly it turns off then it starts vibrating after 2-3 seconds,and has not turn on yet

First backup all your data and try to do a full factory reset !! it might be happening because you may have recently installed an application that is interfering with the normal working of the Android system.
