Problem in Bixby

Dear Sir,

I purchsed Samsung galaxy Note-8 mobile phone 4 months back, now facing problem with Bixy software. The Bixby software is automatically opening & adjusting the volume also when I am working with the phone.

Do you have voice control active? If so it might be 'hearing' the Hey Bixby command and opening up. If it's also changing volume, there might be an issue with your buttons (the Bixby button is below the volume rocker). Do you have a case that might be pressing them?
