problem in downloading apps from google play

Are you on mobile or wifi internet? Sometimes I get that error code, and switching to wifi allows the download. Otherwise it may just be a bug in the software for Play. I am sure it will be fixed soon.

Also, consider removing the Google account from the device then add it back. Do this from the accounts option in settings.
