Problem Moving Apps To SD Card

I am having a problem moving apps to sd card. Actually, the problem after it happens. I have a few contacts in Faves. I move any app to sd card and reboot the phone. The contacts in Faves appear there after the boot, but then disappear after the sync. They are back after I move the app back to the phone and restart. Does anyone have a problem like this?
