Problem Restarting phone!

Hey guys I have an issue with my phone. Its now running ICS. The problem is that when I try to restart or turn off my phone it gets stuck on the "goodbye!" screen. Its not a major flaw but its just annoying and I want to fix it! any suggestions!

Try doing a full data wipe. If it still does it then just get a replacement.

I always dread doing a factory reset but I tried doing it but it wont let me click the "delete all". bummer I guess im calling tmobile for a replacement

Try this:

First, pull out the SD card, then try and format the USB storage, then follow my instructions in this thread (should be the third message)
