Problem syncing contacts and google music

I took my phone to Sprint yesterday to have some issues looked at and the end result was they did a hard reset and gave me a new battery. The new issue I have is my contacts wont sync and I have lost the option to sync my google music. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue and get all of my google items to sync? Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Have you checked your sync settings?

I've checked my settings and when trying to sync contacts i get a message that says "Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly." As for my Google Music, it's not even showing up on my google account to give me the option to sync.
