I have a rooted Galaxy S3 (version 4.1.1) and im trying to update it, after the file is "downloaded" my phone reboots but there's the problem, the CMM based Recovery v5.5.0.4 screen appears. I clicked on the "install zip from sdcard" option but it fails to update and says Can't open /sdcard/update.zip (No such file or directory). Anyone can help? This is what appears on screen...

I'm new to this, so a clear step by step explanation will be appreciated.

It is because you are rooted. The OTA will fail. In order to update you would have to flash the most current version through Odin. However a few things to keep in mind: 1. There have been several issues regarding the update. 2. Once you do, because of Knox, you cannot roll back to what you are on now. 3. You will lose root once you do this, and from what I have understood regaining root has been kind of hit and miss.
