Problem with attaching pictures to message/Galaxy S6 edge+
I have an ongoing picture issue and the only fix seems to be factory resetting my phone. However, this is a band aide as I have reset my phone twice and the problem keeps coming back. I have tried both messaging apps on phone and I am having the issue on both. I can go for weeks without any issues and then all of the sudden i try to send a picture in my message and I get "sorry, you are unable to attach this picture to you message". I have called to Verizon and they have logged into my phone and have been unable to fix the problem. I have been to Best Buy and had the Samsung guys look at my phone. They checked to make sure there was not a software issue, replaced the SIM card and still no luck. The Samsung guys advised me to file a claim with Samsung. However, I really don't want to do that as they said that I could be without a phone for 11ish days. Anyone else having this issue????[/I][/SIZE][/SIZE][/FONT]
