Android Central Question

I am tracking bycicle rides with my new Galaxy Watch Active using endomondo app.
The recording basically works fine.
But when I see the endomondo statistics on the web page, the speed curve shows
a lot peaks. Most of them reach exactly 100 km/h.
It looks to me that the peaks show up always when I twist my wrist to activate the
display of the watch during recording.
How can I prevent this irritating values ?
Is this caused by wrong settings ?

Regards,
Willi
