I have the newest version, the Fire HD 8 Plus. I used the Kindle Fire Toolbox to install Google Play Services and Play Store, and I installed Google Play Books.
The EPUB books I have in Google Play Books look and read fine. The PDF books I have in Google Play Books have the print looking like it's washed out. Does anyone know of a solution for this?
I've checked it on a two other tablets with the EXACT same screen specs (Galaxy Tab E 8.0, and Galaxy Tab A 8.0). Neither one have any issues.
I can view the PDFs hrough Adobe Acrobat or through Docs without the problem, but I use Google Play Books specifically for books on one topic (tournament bridge) and I'd rather keep them all in there if I can for simplicity's sake.
Has anyone else ran into this issue, and/or does anyone know of a solution? Thanks!
