Problem with focus when shooting a video.

When I shot a video with my turbo the camera keeps refocusing. I'm using the stock camera. Is there a way to turn off auto focus?

Welcome to Android Central! Has it always been like this, or was it working fine before, and suddenly started doing this? Does the still camera autofocus normally?

Make sure there isn't any thin plastic protective film stuck to the camera lens.

I think it has always been this way. I checked and there isn't protective film covering the lens. The still camera seems to work normally. When I shot a video the camera seems to keep selecting new focus points and refocusing.

You've gone through all of the Camera settings? The HTC One M8 has that feature, but most other video camera apps don't.
