Problem with Friendcaster or Facebook?

Howdy -
So, I've been using Friendcaster for a few weeks now and love it. Then, yesterday I stopped getting notifications and could not even load the application (it stayed in a constant refresh state then ultimately would give an error message. I understand there were issues with Facebook yesterday so I am not sure if that would account for the problem. I am now able to load my feeds, etc but still not getting notifications. I should mention that I also update to gingerbread yesterday, so i am not sure if there is a connection?? I will say however that for several hours after the upgrade I was getting notifications..

there were also a few recent FC updates. Make sure your app is up to date then logout of FC, reboot the phone and login to FC again...
