Problem with headphone's mic

Hi

I have a problem with headphone's mic and controls, when i'm on call the phone doesn't use the headphone's mic but it uses the phone's mic, i can hear through headphones fine, also the controls doesn't work too, i tried the headphones on others smartphones works fine, tried other headphones same problem

I would try to clean the headphones' jack on the phone. Sometimes when you keep it in your pocket lint gets in there and prevents the jack from making good contact. If you have a can of compressed air try blowing a little into the jack. Take a look at this tutorial on how to clean with a q-tip or "interdental brush":
