problem with luck patcher since update

I keep getting the message luck patcher has been granted superuser permissions and then 60 seconds or so later it says it has been denied I unlocked and rooted my nexius 7 a while ago and I applied the new update to the os last night which I think might have caused the problem how can I fix this I am not very technical so if you can put it in laymen's terms it would be very helpfull .

Does this mean I have lost my root access will I have to re-root my device and mean I will lose all my data

does mean you lost root when you took the OTA, which is almost always the case.
Doesn't mean you'll loose anything to reroot because the device's bootloader is already unlocked.
hit the stickie about rooting and and just don't relock the bootloader and you should be fine.
