I upgraded and got my Pro from Newegg a couple of months ago. Yesterday I called a friend and she kept saying she couldnt hear me well. Then my husband called and said he was having the same problem. My husband is deployed and I cant have this problem since he only calls my cell phone when hes able to. My question is can I go to the Verizon store to try to get it repaired or replaced or do I have to go through Newegg?
Also-is it normal that about once to twice a month when I place a call I cannot hear the other person, but if I do a battery pull, it fixes the problem...?
And last but not least, my battery life SUCKS! I had it completely charged before going to bed and it died an hour after waking up. It had NO use at all, and only lasted about 8 hours. I dont have a ton of apps, but I do have a few. Pacman, Advanced Clock Widget, Days left Widget, Facebook (Which I have to not reset until I go on it), Hotmail IM widget (which I dont keep logged in), and a couple other small ones. Is there something I can do to check what is draining my battery or can they check that for me?
Sorry, I am fairly new to Droid. TIA
