Problem with position of time and date

I hope someone can help me.
I want to change the position of the date and time that appears on the home screen

Change the position when the device is open and unlocked, like you are using the phone? Or when you wake the phone to check the lock screen?

If you mean when the phone is open and unlocked, simply touch and hold the clock. It will eventually pop up and you can drag it around the screen. Not knowing what device you have, some will move other items on your home screen out of the way so that you can just drop it where you want it. Obviously if your device doesn't you will have to move items before moving the clock. You move the other items the same way.

If it is your lock screen time, go to personalize check your theme and there may be options there for time placement. I've never seen anything like that, however I've never looked.
