Problem with the Samsung email app

So I have 3 accounts in the app, not that I think that's the problem, but almost half the time I delete an email, it will get deleted but then either immediately or after I close and open the app, that email is back in the inbox and already marked as read. Does anyone else notice this or is it a specific problem to one email account or something?

It's infuriating and I had to go back to using AquaMail which doesn't do this.
 
You probably have it set up as a POP3 account so unless you delete from the server, when your account syncs, the email gets restored. Changing to an IMAP account will delete mail from your device AND server so will not be restored
 
Ah. Well all 3 accounts are setup as IMAP so I'm not sure why this continues. I tried setting the same 3 emails up on numerous email clients and this doesn't happen at all.

Has anyone else other than me noticed this with the Samsung Email app?
