Try doing a 'hard reset'.
If that doesn't work, chances are you're going to have to take your phone in for repairs.

Instead of resetting to factory defaults, select the first option: 'reboot system now'
If you're not worried about what's on the phone or you backed up your stuff, you can also 'wipe data/factory reset'.
I'm sure that'll sort out your problem.
