Day one owner of Xoom 3g, no current data plan. I have been notified twice that a system update was available, downloaded it twice, installed it twice, however the update doesn't seem to take. Anyone else have this problem? I am about to do a factory reset to see if that solves the issue. I have also rebooted the Xoom multiple times.
