Problem with updating to 3.2

Day one owner of Xoom 3g, no current data plan. I have been notified twice that a system update was available, downloaded it twice, installed it twice, however the update doesn't seem to take. Anyone else have this problem? I am about to do a factory reset to see if that solves the issue. I have also rebooted the Xoom multiple times.
 
Try a hard reset. If that doesn't work report back :)

Going to try one more thing, I had a card in the micro sd slot (just so I would be ready), took that out and will wait for it to try to update again.

{Edit} This solved the problem, I took out the m sd card, rebooted and installed 3.2 without any issues. Looks like everything works great now!
