problem with Youmail

This past week my Youmail voice mail has stopped working correctly. When someone calls that get a message to enter the 10 digits of my phone number again. Youmail site says it is a problem with Verizon but Verizon says it is not. Duh. Anyone having this issue and any fix on Verizon ?
