problems after update

sorry for being a noob guys but i loaded the recent update yesterday without turning s-on. now i have no mobile network(3g). i tried flashing back to eclair and upgrade to froyo like last time but no luck. now im stuck with s-off and no 3g and i cant figure out for the life of me how to recover from it. while trying to make a backup i accidentally erased my backups so now im screwed! i know im not bricked but stuck without a recovery in limbo. if anyone can please help i would greatly appreciate it.

and for some reason my recovery went back to clock work mod? yesterday it was the stock recovery ... :/

Try flashing the bone stock RUU and see what happens.

i loaded it but how do i flash that....? its not a zip file
