Problems answering phone.

I've had the 360 for a week now and have been having problems answering my Galaxy S5. When the phone rings I'll swipe to the left on the 360 to answer the phone, sometimes it connects instantly but most of the time it'll take 3 or 4 more rings or not answer at all. To make matters worse, if it doesn't connect instantly and I then swipe to answer on my phone, it'll connect for about 5 sec and then hang up on the person I was talking to. Same thing happens if I ignore the watch and go straight to the phone. Anyone else having these issues?

Try isolating the incident.. Try this,

On your phone, turn Bluetooth off. This will disconnect the watch. See if this isn't the phone causing this. Have someone call you, try and answer, see if you get same result.
 
I have the Note 3 and I can't answer calls with the Moto 360. Also I lose voice service on the phone (no bars with a red x) when a call comes through when my phone is connected to my Moto 360.

The caller shows up on my watch but no record or notification on my phone besides a partial ring. Also there is no missed call record saved on the phone when I miss the call or when I try to answer the call with my watch.

Basically I can't take any incoming calls when my phone is connected to my Moto 360.
