Problems downloading music from Musicbox

My daughter has the LG Apex. She downloaded the app "Musicbox" to download music when she first got the phone in November. It has worked perfectly until now. For some reason, when she uses the app to download music, it doesn't work. We've cleared out some of the apps that she no longer uses, we've checked to make sure she has room on her sd card and we've also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any idea? I don't think this is a phone issue, so I don't think it's something I have to call my carrier about. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
