Problems on Galaxy S4

Dear Mates,

i need your support as i'm facing a problem with it as i can't do the following:-
1) there's no hold bottom appears
2) we cannot make a conference call
3) LED flash activated while incoming call

so i need your support to know how to solve this matter keeping into consideration i just brought it yesterday (12 hours hasn't passed yet)
