Problems with displaying wide gamut Adobe RGB photos

The 5s tablet is capable of displaying most of the Adobe RGB color space. This is the widest gamut tablet display on the cosumer market today. I took pairs of pictures of the same green color objets with my D3200 Nikon DSLR : one encoded in sRGB and the other in Adobe RGB. To my surprise most of the pictures encoded in sRGB had more saturated greens compared with the Adobe RGB picture of the same object. I checked the EXIF header and for sRGB pictures the field "color space" had "sRGB" in it, while for Adobe RGB pictures the field "primary chromaticities" had the correct triplets of Adobe RGB primaries coordinate values
The evidence point to some problem with the tablet
Has anyone experienced problems displaying pictures encoded in the Adobe RGB color space?
