Problems with finding contacts in text module after update to 4.3

Hello,

Since I updated my Samsung S4 to 4.3 I can't find a lot of contacts in the texting module. This is what happens: open screen for new text message, click in the receivers line, start typing. A lot comes up but most contacts with mobile numbers are missing. A lot of other useless records come up (e-mail addresses, LinkedIn, etc.).

Is this a setting? A bug? If so, is there a work around?

Probably a bug. Samsung pulled the update because of various issues as did AT&T.

Correction: AT&T pulled the S4 update for unknown reasons. Samsung pulled the S3 update.

Have you rebooted (not factory reset, just turn the phone off and back on again) since the update? Mine did that until I rebooted and it seemed to fix it.
