Problems with Hue?

When I try to get my device to turn my lights off and on it will tell me.. Kitchen light not available. Anyone else come across this?

Occasionally. Reboot your Hue Bridge.

I'll try that, it's pretty new seems like it would be too soon, but it's worth a shot. I also reset the lights by turning them off by the actual switch, seems to be working better for now.

I'm running Oreo on a Nexus 5x. My phone will find the Hue bridge but I cannot get it to set up. Here is what I have tried.
1. Reboot the phone and bridge
2. Uninstall/reinstall the Hue app
3. Log out of/in to the app.

Not sure what else to try. Does anyone have any suggestions?
