Problems with MMS

Is anyone having trouble sending MMS with their GS4/GS4 Actives?

I have the S4 and I have a problem while sending on WIFI, it never wants to send

MMS is strictly a data issue though, it has to go through the carrier to be sent. No matter how much you wait, it will never send through Wifi. Maybe your data was on in the background, or your phone automatically turned it on to send MMS. I do know for a fact that you absolutely need a data plan to send MMS. Sorry

I didn't have the problem with the S3

Yeah it is odd... It depends on how they set it up. Here is why I say that.

On my Sprint S3 I could send via wifi with no mobile data... Then a update was released and if I was on wifi it would kick on mobile data, send the MMS, then cut it back off (I'd see the wifi symbol and the 3g symbol.. This is how I knew it was doing this). So basically mobile data was needed.

I recently switched to the HTC One and now I can send over wifi.. It sends in a second and no data connection icon. I even tried with mobile data off.. And it worked.

So I've concluded it really depends on how they set it up.
